A new version of RAD was released in February 2013, for details of the new features see What's New in RAD
General InformationThe Research Achievement Database (RAD) brings together information about QUT researchers in preparation for the Excellence in Research for Australia (ERA) assessment. It allows QUT academic staff to view details of their research outputs, grants, ethics, patents and HDR supervision & completions recorded at QUT. This information is updated nightly from QUT Corporate systems such as HR, ResearchMaster and ePrints. Information about Esteem Factors and Research Impact can also be stored in RAD. Researchers are able to run reports on their research outputs and income. There is also a Research Tools Module where researchers can view QUT research benchmarks, find collaborators by FoR or keyword searches and links to their Scopus and Web of Sciences cites and h-index information. The Staff Profile Module in RAD also provides the information that academics can select to display on their Staff Profile webpage. For more information about the various sections of Research Achievement Database see the RAD Help Manual or email rad@qut.edu.au |
