CLOSING DATE: Open all year for entry. Publications for the QUT Scholarly Collection can be submitted at any time during the year. They can also be retrospective so articles published in 2001 can still be submitted this year.

What Authors need to do

Authors must complete and sign the appropriate coversheet for each publication or output they wish to submit to the QUT Scholarly Collection and supply a copy of the verification material listed on the coversheet. This should then be submitted to their research administrator.

The publication information will then be entered on the ResearchMaster Database (RM) by the nominated research administrator.

You can check your publications listed on the RM Database at any time of the year via the Research Activity Database (RAD) (members access only). Alternatively, your Research Administrator can run reports for you which list your publications included in the RM database.

Please note that publications can be stored on QUT ePrints, where copyright allows, giving easy access and the potential for increased citation rates. For further information please email the library or visit QUT ePrints. We hope in the future to bring these two processes closer together but at present authors must enter the information for the Publication Collections and QUT ePrints separately.
