CLOSING DATE: Open all year for entry. Publications for the QUT Scholarly Collection can be entered at any time during the year and they can also be entered retrospectively so articles published in 2001 can still be entered on RM this year.

What administrators need to do

Authors must complete and sign the appropriate coversheet for each publication they wish to submit to the QUT Scholarly Collection and hand this to their research administrator.

The HERDC Definition of Research does not need to be confirmed for QUT Scholarly Collection publications.

The publication information needs to be entered onto RM by a research administrator - visit the ResearchMaster Publication Module pages for information on RM entry format and reports. For both training and access to RM please email RM Support.

Please number the verification material using the checklist ie next to the ISBN of a book write 2d.

QUT Scholarly Collection categories and coversheets

There are two type of Scholarly Outputs, Print and Non-Print

Print Categories Non-Print Categories

Other Non-Print Outputs, including Patents - email details to rad@qut.edu.au

Please use a QUT Additional Authors Sheet if more than five people were associated with the output.

Please contact the Office of Research on ext: 85042 or email researchdata@qut.edu.au if you have any questions or require any further information.

RM Entry Format and Reports

Visit the ResearchMaster Publication Module to learn more about RM entry formats and reports.

ePrints

Please note that publications should also be stored on QUT ePrints, where copyright allows, giving easy access and the potential for increased citation rates. For further information please email the library or visit QUT ePrints . We hope in the future to bring these two processes closer together but at present authors must enter the information for the Publication Collections and QUT ePrints separately.
