The Higher Education Research Data Collection (HERDC) or QUT Collection? If you have a publication that you would like to submit to a publication collection you need to decide which collection it should be submitted to.

Higher Education Research Data Collection (HERDC)

As the HERDC results in government funding for QUT you should always check to see if your research publication falls into one of the HERDC categories and satisfies the criteria for that category. See the HERDC - Instructions for Authors for information on how to submit a publication to the HERDC.

Please note there is a deadline for the submission of 2007 research publications to this collection. All coversheets and verification material must be submitted to your research administrator by 28 March 2008.

QUT Scholarly Collection

If your publication or output is scholarly or professional then it should be submitted to the QUT Scholarly Collection. It should also be added to this collection if it does not meet the HERDC criteria or has missed the HERDC deadline. See the QUT Scholarly Collection - Instructions for Authors for information on how to submit a publication to the QUT Publication Collection.
